3.0-4.0 Co-Ed Cardio Tennis

This clinic is designed for players who want a fast-paced, high-intensity workout with a focus on sharpening tennis skills. With a blend of fitness, fun, and focused skill development, we will work to improve endurance, tactical awareness, and footwork through movement, live ball drills, and competitive point play. Each session will begin with a dynamic fed ball warmup, combining groundstrokes, volleys, and overheads with footwork stations using ladders. This will be followed by playing lots of high-intensity point play games with quick rotations.  This program is for 3.0-4.0 level players.
